What to do if game sound cannot be heard

If you cannot hear sound while playing a game, check the sound settings in Gaming Hub. If the mute feature is on, game audio does not play. Follow the steps below to turn off mute and restore game sound.
How to turn off the mute feature
If you still cannot hear any sound even after pressing the volume buttons while playing a game, the mute feature may be on. Make sure the system volume is turned on. If it is turned on but you still cannot hear any sound, follow the steps below to turn off mute.
Step 1. Tap Gaming Hub.
Step 2. Select My games.
Step 3. Tap the Mute icon.
Step 4. When the icon changes to the Speaker icon, the mute feature is off.
Note:
- The mute feature may not be supported on some models.
- For Instant Play games, the mute feature does not apply even if it is on.
- On Gaming Hub version 7.0 or later, additional options may appear when disabling mute.
- The names, menu paths, and screen configurations of the described features or services may vary depending on the model, software version, and app version.
- Actual UX/UI may vary.
