When placing your order, you can choose one of the following recycling services for your old appliance(s):

1. Statutory Free Removal Service
Free old appliance recycling services for televisions, computers, monitors, washing machines, and refrigerators will be provided by ALBA Integrated Waste Solutions (Hong Kong) Ltd (“ALBA”). If customers require recycling services, please proactively contact our customer service team after order confirmation to arrange a collection time with ALBA (a minimum of three working days is required for scheduling). Please note that removal services are handled separately from delivery services. If customers wish to arrange removal on the same day as delivery of the new appliance, prior scheduling with our staff is required.

2. Same-Day Removal Service (Paid Option)
Customers may also choose our Recycling Upgrade Service — same-day old appliance removal — at the time of purchase, covering televisions, monitors, washing machines, and refrigerators. This service is an additional option provided by Samsung’s authorized logistics company, with old appliances collected on the day of delivery. A cash fee of HKD 100 per item will be charged and collected on-site at the time of delivery. If customers do not select this service at the time of purchase, it cannot be added on the delivery day.
